Press Release: South Carolina Developer Proposes Major Mixed-use Project That Includes a Hotel in Cornelius, NC

MARCH 1, 2021 — On Monday, the Cornelius Board of Commissioners will hold the first public hearing for a 10-acre mixed-use development called Sefton Park. The project, which is being proposed by Shaw Resources Inc., will include residential units, commercial space and a hotel and conference center.
