Jack plays the long game, both in real estate and in life. With over 60 years of real estate expertise in the Upstate, Jack has been an essential part of establishing Greenville as a flourishing city where businesses and families thrive. Today, he continues to steer the ship as our captain and veteran leader.
Jack is a licensed pilot, dedicated philanthropist, avid golfer, serial storyteller, a published author, and grandfather of seven. His greatest accomplishment though? Sixty years of marriage, “to the woman I still love.”

Jane is our founding Vice President and Secretary, but more accurately, the Queen. Jane oversees record-keeping and day-to-day finances.
On working in a family business she says, “Well, it could have been a nightmare— but it’s been great. There’s no one else I’d rather work with.” Over the last 25 years Jane has taught youth Sunday School, and currently serves on the board of Greenville’s Salvation Army and the Kroc Center. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, and attending sporting events.

Hailing from Simpsonville, SC, Cassie organizes our accounts and manages our accounts payable and receivable.
“At Shaw Resources,” she says, “everyone treats you like family,” and she wouldn’t have it any other way. She’d like to travel to Europe one day, but in the meantime, she stays busy decorating her house in buffalo plaid, riding bikes on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and hanging out with Izzy, her 7 lb. Maltese Yorkie.
Cassie Jeffries, Accounts Receivable
Donnie leads our team in managing contract negotiations and legal agreements, and is our go-to when it comes to outside public accountants and financial planning.
In case you thought you were seeing double, rest assured: Donnie is indeed an identical twin. He and his wife, Angela, also have twin daughters, Abbey and Anna. Donnie graduated with a BS in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Tax Accounting, and on the weekends, you can find him cheering on the Dawgs.

As Chief Financial Officer, Ken controls our finances, including reporting, analyses, and daily operations. He has been known to remark, “The numbers don’t lie.”
Steeped in the local culture, Ken grew up in Greenville, and graduated from Furman University with a BS in Business Accounting. When he’s not crunching numbers, you can find him pursuing anything outdoors--especially camping-- with his wife, Tammy. Ken has a daughter, Carter, and a son, Dwayne.

Ron is head of sales and leasing, as well as all construction and development projects.
Ron is a Greenville native. He played basketball at Emmanuel College where he received an AA in Business Administration and then received a BS in Finance from Oral Roberts University. He has earned the CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors. When Ron is not working, he is most likely spending time with his wife Sandy and two daughters Meagan and Lindsay.

Anne is the first friendly face you’ll see in the office. She serves as a liaison between our tenants, brokers, and technicians, and acts as a first-responder for any maintenance requests.
Before her 18 years at Shaw, Anne worked in customer service at Carolina Natural Water. She grew up in Greenville, and is a Greenville High School graduate (like Jane). Anne met her husband, Mike, at Freedom Weekend Aloft when she was on the chase crew for a hot air balloonist, and these days, they spend weekends racing corvettes.

If some were born with a silver spoon in hand, then Jack Shaw was born with a shovel. As a boy, Jack accompanied his real estate developer father to job sites, where he dug trenches and laid foundations by hand. Throughout his teenage years, Jack continued to refurbish bricks and build houses, and it was during these years of unofficial apprenticeship that he began to dream of his own company. In 1958, Jack E. Shaw Builders was born, which was later reincorporated as Shaw Resources, Inc.
